SiLC Technologies Launches Eyeonic Trace Ultra, Advancing Precision in Industrial Automation
Honda Xcelerator Ventures portfolio company SiLC Technologies has announced the launch of Eyeonic Trace Ultra, the latest addition to its laser line scanner product family designed for advanced industrial automation and inspection.

The new system delivers 100-micron accuracy, approximately the thickness of a human hair, representing a 3x improvement in precision compared to its predecessor. With a working range of up to 5 meters, Trace Ultra enables high-performance inspection across a wide range of industrial environments.
Built on the success of the original Eyeonic Trace, the new solution expands the capabilities of automated inspection by allowing manufacturers to detect fine defects such as scratches, dents, and alignment issues directly on production lines—reducing reliance on manual processes and improving overall quality control.
Trace Ultra is designed for seamless integration, maintaining the same compact footprint and system compatibility as previous models, while delivering enhanced performance for more demanding use cases.
As industries continue to shift toward automation, solutions like Eyeonic Trace Ultra play a critical role in enabling more efficient, scalable, and intelligent manufacturing systems.
