Before joining Honda, I spent over 7 years as an investment banker in New York and Silicon Valley, specializing in the middle market and covering the TMT (Technology, Media, and Telecommunications) sectors. During this time, I was involved in several transactions, including a $500 million fundraise for an electric vehicle company and the acquisition of Global Sources (NASDAQ: GSOL) by Blackstone. I was also a co-founder of Meixin Finance, a cross-border online investment platform aimed at democratizing access to primary and private market opportunities. In 2019, I joined Honda Innovations as a Senior Corporate Strategist, where I lead financial due diligence and valuation efforts for investment opportunities. I hold a Master of Arts in Applied Economics from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Peking University. I am also a CFA charterholder.
