Shin is responsible for discovering emerging deeptech startups in Asia and Oceania and fostering connections between founders and Honda for strategic collaboration. Prior to joining Honda, he worked at a global venture capital firm, engaging in seed-stage investments in Japanese startups and managing accelerator programs. Before that, he worked at various financial institutions, serving as an analyst on a team that introduced overseas hedge funds to domestic institutional investors and participated in IPO lead‑underwriting operations.
